International students who receive Chinese Government Scholarship & Shanghai Government Scholarship & Tian Yuan Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the scholarship students) and who have studied in China for more than one year should go through an annual review (please refer to the attached list of scholarship students). Hence, in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of scholarships, students must go through a comprehensive assessment to determine whether they are qualified to continue receiving the scholarship.
Procedure
1. Scholarship students should download “Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status” and “Form for Annual Review of Shanghai Government Scholarship Status” and “Form for Tian Yuan Scholarship Status”from the attachment, and submit it to the International Education College before May 8,2019
2. Each college completes the comprehensive assessment based on the student’s academic and overall performance (in the first column of the second page), signs the form and submits it to the International Education College (International Students Office) before May 8, 2019.
3. The International Education College (International Students Office) will organize a scholarship review meeting to determine the final outcome based on consideration of the student’s self-assessment and the assessment of their college.
4. International Education College (International Students Office) will release the review results on the website before July 30.
